Kamala Was Right

Independent Investigative Journalism

CATN INVESTIGATIVE REPORT  |  JUNE 2026

She warned you, she showed you exactly who he was and what he intended to do, and she told you precisely which class of elitists he would protect and enrich once he got there. She named the tariffs that would function as a national sales tax on working families, the enemies list he would carry into the Oval Office, the military and paramilitary forces he would turn against American citizens, the rights that would be stripped away, and the pedophilic class of wealth and power he has served faithfully since the day he took office. The receipts are all here, every prediction is documented and sourced, and the only question left standing at the end of this article is the one that every American living through this moment already knows the answer to: is it worth it?

REPORTED BY CITIZENS AGAINST TYRANNY NETWORK June 2026  •  citizensagainsttyranny.substack.com  •  citizensvstyranny.wixsite.com/website In the summer of 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris had 107 days to make her case to the American people, and she used every one of them to tell the country exactly what a second †rump term would look like, not in abstractions or political generalities, but by reading from his own words, his own allies' published plans, and the documented record of his own first term. She named the tariffs he would impose and called them what they are, a national sales tax on working families. She named the enemies list he would carry into the Oval Office. She named the military and paramilitary forces he intended to turn against American citizens. She named the blueprint his own people had written, published, and then watched him publicly disavow. She called him, on camera, at a CNN town hall on October 23, 2024, a fascist, echoing the assessment of his own former White House chief of staff, retired four-star Marine General John Kelly, who told the country that †rump meets the general definition of a fascist and had privately expressed admiration for dictators while wishing his own generals were as loyal as Hitler's. America was given 107 days to absorb all of this, and the documented record of what is happening right now suggests that not enough people were paying attention. Before the receipts are laid out, consider a simple set of questions. What would the people who voted against Kamala have done if she had put her own name on the Kennedy Center? If she had accepted a $400 million jet from Qatar as a personal gift? If she had stored classified documents about nuclear programs in a bathroom at her private club and then lied about returning them? If she had sold American permanent residency to foreign nationals, including Russian oligarchs, for $5 million a card with her face on it? If she had handed an unelected billionaire friend access to the Social Security numbers, medical records, therapy notes, and bank account details of every American without their knowledge or consent? If she had torn up official government documents, fired the National Archives director, and then declared the law requiring her to preserve presidential records unconstitutional? If her name appeared in the Epstein flight logs, not once, not twice, but on at least eight documented flights, including one where she and Epstein were the only two passengers? The answer to every one of those questions is the most honest thing any reader of this article can confront. And every single one of them is something Donald †rump has actually done.

She Said It Out Loud, and Every Word Is Coming True

At the Ellipse on October 29, 2024, in a primetime speech that is proving to be one of the most prophetic political addresses in modern American history, Kamala told the crowd that "Donald †rump intends to use the United States military against American citizens who simply disagree with him, people he calls the enemy from within," and that on his first day in office he would walk in carrying an enemies list of people he intended to prosecute. She contrasted it plainly: he walks in with an enemies list; she would have walked in with a to-do list. That speech, which journalist Don Lemon later captioned with the words "she warned us," now reads less like a campaign speech and more like a field guide to the regime America is currently living inside, a regime that shows no signs of moderating, no capacity for accountability, and no interest in anything beyond the consolidation of its own power.

The enemies list arrived exactly as predicted, and it continues to grow. New York Attorney General Letitia James, who won a $464 million civil fraud judgment against the †rump Organization, is now facing a federal indictment on decades-old mortgage charges that career prosecutors had previously found insufficient to bring. Former ƒBI Director James Comey has been indicted. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who prosecuted †rump on Georgia racketeering charges, has been subpoenaed. The U.S. attorney in Virginia who refused to pursue charges against James resigned rather than comply with the regime's directives. Liz Oyer, the Justice Department's own Pardon Attorney, was fired in March 2025 after refusing to restore gun rights to Mel Gibson, a †rump ally convicted in a domestic violence case, and then testified before Congress that the leadership of the DØJ now values "political loyalty above the fair and responsible administration of justice." Before she could testify, the regime sent two armed Special Deputy U.S. Marshals to her home after nine o'clock on a Friday night to deliver a warning letter. She showed up anyway, and the corruption she described continues unabated today.

Kamala also warned, repeatedly and specifically, that †rump would use Prøject 2025 as his governing blueprint despite publicly claiming he had never heard of it, and she was right about that too. A CNN review found that 27 of the 37 core authors of Prøject 2025 had held positions in †rump's first regime, and by the ninth month of his second term, Democrats had documented that nearly half of the plan's proposals had already been enacted, with the pace of implementation accelerating rather than slowing. Russell Vought, who wrote Prøject 2025's chapter on dismantling the executive branch, now runs the Office of Management and Budget. Brendan Carr, who wrote the entire FÇÇ chapter, chairs the FÇÇ and has opened retaliatory investigations into ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, and PBS while leaving Fox News entirely untouched. A Prøject 2025 author told The Independent that †rump's adoption of his ideas is beyond his wildest dreams, and there is no reason to believe the implementation of those ideas is anywhere near complete. None of this was hidden from the people who voted for him. It was not buried in fine print or locked behind a paywall or whispered in closed rooms. It was said out loud, on camera, in front of 75,000 people, broadcast on every major network, and documented in the public record. The voters who pulled the lever for Donald †rump in November 2024 were not uninformed. They were warned. What they chose to do with that warning is something every one of them will have to reckon with for the rest of their lives, because the consequences of that choice are not abstract. They are the grocery bill, the gas pump, and the hospital bill that arrives after the insurance runs out. They are the concentration camps that went up in their name. †rump has never hidden his contempt for his own supporters. He has called them, in documented private conversations, 'disgusting,' 'stupid,' and 'not my kind of people.' He sold them $60 Bibles and $400 gold sneakers and fundraising emails with dead soldiers' coffins while his net worth nearly doubled. He did not lie to them because he respected them. He lied to them because he calculated, correctly, that enough of them would not check, would not look, would not question, and would pull the lever anyway. And this is the most devastating thing about all of it: he was right.

"Donald †rump intends to use the United States military against American citizens who simply disagree with him." — VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS, ELLIPSE RALLY, OCTOBER 29, 2024; A WARNING THAT IS ACTIVELY BEING PROVEN CORRECT TODAY

And the enemies list was only the beginning of what she predicted with documented accuracy.

The Tariffs, the Recession, and the Sales Tax She Named

During the September 2024 presidential debate and throughout her campaign, Kamala called †rump's proposed tariffs what they functionally are: a reckless national sales tax on the American people, one that economists projected would cost middle-class families between $1,700 and $4,000 per year. In April 2025, with the GDP already contracting, Kamala confirmed what she had always known: "Tariffs that, as I predicted, are clearly inviting a recession." GDP shrank 0.3% in the first quarter of 2025, the worst start to a presidential term in the stock market's modern history according to CNN's analysis. Inflation is peaking at 3.5% in early 2026, driven by tariff pass-through costs that are still filtering into every sector of the economy. The dollar fell roughly 10% through the first half of 2025 and has not recovered its footing. Unemployment has risen from 4.1% to 4.4%, and Stanford economists describe the labor market as settling into a low-hire, low-fire equilibrium with only 79,000 jobs created in the fourth quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, EY documents what it calls a K-shaped economy in which high-income households continue spending freely while lower-income households face intensifying pressure from elevated prices and interest rates they cannot escape, a divergence that is widening, not narrowing, with each passing quarter. But the clearest measure of who this regime truly serves is not in the economic data. It is in the personal bank account of the man running it.

The Grift

While working Americans are absorbing tariff-driven inflation, paying more for groceries, watching their rent climb, and losing sleep over their healthcare, the man who told them he was their champion is getting extraordinarily, historically, and openly richer in real time. Forbes documents †rump's net worth at $7.3 billion as of September 2025, up from $3.9 billion in 2024, nearly doubling in less than a year in office, with the core driver being the $†RUMP meme coin, Wørld Liber†y Finåncial, and licensing deals struck with Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and the Maldives while he simultaneously controls the federal agencies overseeing those transactions. A Reuters examination found the †rump family has taken in more than $1 billion from crypto asset sales, including at least $336 million from meme coin sales in the first half of 2025 alone. He sold a $60 Bible. He sold gold sneakers. He held a private dinner at Mar-a-Lago for the 220 top investors in his meme coin, selling proximity to the presidency as though it were a timeshare. And then, on March 13, 2026, a political action committee linked to †rump sent a fundraising email using an official White House photograph of †rump saluting the flag-draped casket of a soldier killed in his own war with Iran, promising donors access to "private national security briefings" if they clicked the donation link bracketed on either side of the dead soldier's coffin. Arizona Senator and Iraq war veteran Ruben Gallego responded: "Have you no shame?" New York Representative and veteran Pat Ryan called him what he is: a Grifter in Chief, not a Commander in Chief.

The pardon power, which the Constitution does not envision as a revenue stream, is actively operating as one. Former DØJ Pardon Attorney Liz Oyer has documented that †rump's pardons of wealthy white-collar criminals have wiped out more than $1.3 billion in restitution owed to their victims, and the pardons continue. Trevor Milton, convicted of defrauding investors of $680 million, was pardoned after he and his wife donated at least $3 million to †rump's campaign and allied political groups. Julio Herrera Velutini, a foreign billionaire convicted of bribery, was pardoned after his daughter donated $3.5 million to a †rump super PAC. The Campaign Legal Center documents the pattern as a loyalty-based justice system where allegiance and money determine who is held accountable, and PBS's Christiane Amanpour interviewed investigative reporter Kenneth Vogel, who describes what has emerged around the White House as a full "pardon industry" with no indication it is slowing down. The pardons protect the wealthy. The concentration camps are for everyone else.

The Concentration Camps, Paramilitary State, & Insurrectionists With Badges

Kamala warned that †rump would deploy federal forces against American citizens, and the forces he has deployed are unlike anything this country has witnessed in modern times. IÇE agents now operate masked and without visible identification, conducting raids marked by sudden and unprovoked use of force, detaining people without warrants, and creating, in Human Rights Watch's documented assessment, a climate of fear that is spreading across communities nationwide today. ProPublica has documented more than 170 U.S. citizens detained by IÇE, with more than twenty held for over a day without access to attorneys or family. Two U.S. citizens, Renée Good and Alex Pretti, were shot and killed by federal agents in Minnesota in January 2026, and that killing is what prompted Don Lemon to resurface Kamala's October 2024 warning about the military being used against American citizens, because what she described was no longer a prediction; it had arrived.

That paramilitary force is expanding through the 287(g) program, which the ACLU documents has now turned local police into IÇE agents across 32% of the entire American population, with more than 1,130 new agreements signed in 2025 alone compared to just 45 during †rump's entire first term, and the expansion is ongoing. The people being recruited to staff this apparatus include those who were, until January 20, 2025, serving federal prison sentences for attacking the United States Capitol. House Judiciary Democrats document that DH$ is deploying white nationalist recruitment messaging in its IÇE hiring campaign, explicitly targeting members of the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and Three Percenters, offering $50,000 sign-on bonuses and eliminating vetting requirements. These are the organizations that the January 6 Select Committee's final report confirmed had stockpiled weapons, conducted combat training exercises, and marched in military formations up the Capitol steps with the explicit goal of stopping the peaceful transfer of power. They were convicted of seditious conspiracy, then pardoned, then handed badges. The facilities where the regime detains immigrants and citizens alike are, by any honest historical measure, concentration camps: the ACLU documents that at Camp East Montana alone, one man was beaten to death by guards after asking for his inhaler, and the deaths and the abuse continue to be documented by legal organizations that are currently overwhelmed with cases. And to understand why none of this has been stopped, why the people who built this machine have faced no meaningful accountability from the voters who put them there, one must be willing to ask and answer the most uncomfortable question in American politics right now.

The Real Reason She Lost

Let us be honest about something that most political commentary refuses to say plainly. A significant portion of the Americans who voted against Kamala did not do so because of her policies, her record, or her qualifications. They did so because she is a Black woman, and in the America that †rump's movement is actively building, a Black woman does not get to be president. That is not an accusation. That is the conclusion the evidence demands, and the behavior of the regime that those voters installed has made it impossible to pretend otherwise. And †rump's racism did not arrive with this presidency. It has been documented for fifty years.

Donald †rump's racism is not a recent development and it is not a political characterization. It is a documented four-decade record. He was sued by the Department of Justice in 1973 for refusing to rent apartments to Black tenants. He called for the execution of five innocent Black and Latino teenagers in 1989 and has never apologized. He launched his political career by spending five years questioning whether the first Black president was a legitimate American citizen. He referred to African nations as 'shithole countries' in a White House meeting. He told four congresswomen of color to 'go back' to countries they were from, despite three of them being born in the United States. The people who voted for him did so knowing this record, because for a significant portion of them, that record was not a disqualification. It was a qualification. And the regime they installed has governed exactly in accordance with that understanding, dismantling every legal protection for Black political representation that stood in its path. The regime she warned against has overseen the Supreme Court's gutting of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in a 6-to-3 decision that fell along purely ideological lines, effectively dismantling the legal protection that had guaranteed Black Americans fair congressional representation since the civil rights era. The DØJ immediately announced it would use the ruling as a weapon to target Black and Latino-majority voting districts nationwide. The Black Voters Matter Fund estimates the ruling could deliver Republicans an additional 19 House seats by diluting Black political power at the district level, and Republican-controlled states are already moving to redraw maps accordingly.

The movement that voted against her is currently revealing, through its active governance, what it is voting for and what it has always been voting against. It is voting to preserve a political and social order in which a Black woman does not hold the highest office in the land, in which the Voting Rights Act that allowed Black Americans to be represented in their own government is actively dismantled, and in which the structures of white political supremacy are reinforced at every level of government, from the Supreme Court to the local sheriff's office being deputized as an immigration enforcement arm. Kamala was not simply a candidate who lost an election; she was a qualified, experienced, and extensively documented public servant who was passed over in favor of a man with six bankruptcies, $750 in annual federal income tax payments, a copy of Hitler's speeches at his bedside, and a documented relationship with one of the most notorious child sex traffickers in American history, because she was a Black woman and he was a white man. What they chose instead of Kamala was not simply a different political platform. It was a man whose documented personal history represents everything they claim to stand against.

The Epstein Class

Pedophilia is the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, the most defenseless members of any society, by adults who use their power, their wealth, and their access to destroy the lives of the young and the vulnerable before those lives have had a chance to fully begin. It is among the most serious crimes that human beings commit against one another, and it is the crime at the documented center of Jeffrey Epstein's operation, a network of trafficking, abuse, and elite protection that touched some of the most powerful men in the world. The term "Epstein Class" is used here precisely: it refers to the class of wealthy, politically connected men who were documented participants in or associates of Epstein's world, who used their resources to insulate themselves from accountability, and whose names appear in the flight logs, in the court documents, and in the testimony of survivors. This is not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented federal case involving convictions, sealed records, and ongoing litigation.

Donald †rump has known Jeffrey Epstein since the mid-1980s. In 2002, he told New York Magazine, "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side." DØJ flight logs documented †rump flying on Epstein's private jet at least seven times between 1993 and 1997. †rump and Melania were photographed with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell at Mar-a-Lago in February 2000. Virginia Giuffre, a central survivor in the Epstein sex trafficking case, was working at Mar-a-Lago when Maxwell recruited her, a fact supported by Social Security records submitted in federal court. During his 2024 campaign, †rump and his allies, including Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, promised publicly to release the Epstein files. After taking office, he ordered them suppressed. Attorney and journalist Katie Phang has filed suit, Case No. 1:26-CV-01417, documenting that among the materials the DØJ is currently withholding from public release, the documents share a common feature: they reference Donald †rump, including an ƒBI interview with a woman who alleges †rump forced her to perform a sex act when she was a minor, where he physically assaulted her for refusing. Those documents were previously produced to Maxwell's defense attorneys, meaning they exist, and the regime is actively refusing to release them to the American public today.

This is who the American electorate chose over a Black woman with a law degree, a record as a prosecutor, and 107 days of documented, sourced, accurate warnings about exactly what was coming: a member of the Epstein Class, surrounded by other members of the Epstein Class, actively protecting the Epstein files from the American people while the corruption he embodies continues to compound daily. It is no wonder a man with his documented record did not want a former prosecutor anywhere near the presidency.

Is It Worth It

Every single thing documented in this article was knowable before November 5, 2024: the court records, the flight logs, the Prøject 2025 document, Kamala's speeches, the tax returns, the bankruptcies, the Central Park Five, the bedside copy of Hitler's speeches. None of it was hidden. All of it was available to anyone with an internet connection and the willingness to look. The people who voted for Donald †rump chose not to look, or looked and did not care, or looked and actively agreed with what they saw, and the difference between those three things matters less than people think, because the result is the same either way: this country is living inside the consequences of that choice right now, today, and will be living inside them for decades to come.

He promised that groceries would go down in price, that he would lower costs on Day One, that inflation would end the moment he returned to power. Standing in front of a table loaded with bags of flour and cartons of eggs during the campaign, he told voters he would immediately bring prices down. One full year into his second term, the overall cost of food at home has risen 2.4%, with coffee up 20%, all meat up 9%, and some cuts of steak nearly 18% more expensive. He told world leaders at the United Nations in September 2025 that "grocery prices are way down." The federal data says otherwise, and those prices are not projected to ease significantly while tariffs remain in place.

He promised gas below $2 per gallon. Gas was $3.12 per gallon when he was inaugurated, and after he launched his war with Iran it hit $4.02 per gallon, the highest since 2022 and more than a dollar above where it stood when he took office. His own Energy Department has confirmed that gas will not fall below $3 per gallon through at least 2027, and that projection assumes the Iran conflict does not escalate further, which is not a guarantee anyone in this regime is in a position to offer.

He promised he would never cut Medicaid, then signed the One Big ‘Fugly’ Bill Act on July 4, 2025, a date chosen, apparently, as a kind of cruel joke about independence, which the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office confirms will cause approximately 17 million Americans to lose health coverage over the next decade, cutting roughly $1 trillion from Medicaid while delivering $1 trillion in tax cuts to the wealthiest 1% of Americans. Workers who lose Medicaid due to new work reporting requirements are prohibited by the same bill from accessing marketplace tax credits, meaning millions of working, low-income Americans are being locked out of insurance entirely right now, with more to follow as the bill's provisions take full effect. Let this bill be called what it actually is from this point forward: the One Big Fugly Bill, a piece of legislation so ugly in its priorities, so nakedly cruel in its math, and so dishonest in its marketing that no amount of branding can dress it into something decent.

Homelessness in the United States increased 18% in a single year to 771,480 people, the largest single-year increase on record, with 69% of Americans citing rising housing costs as the primary driver; the regime proposed slashing HUD rental assistance by $26.72 billion and eliminating the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment programs entirely, gutting the two primary federal tools for keeping low-income Americans housed, and no relief is on the horizon while this regime controls the federal budget. †rump's net worth continues to grow while American household debt climbs, American savings shrink, and the dollar that working people earn and spend and try to hold onto loses value in an economy that is being actively restructured to benefit those who already have everything and extract from those who are barely holding on.

He promised no new wars. In less than eighteen months he ordered military strikes on seven countries and launched a full war with Iran on February 28, 2026, killing thirteen American service members in the opening months of that conflict, with his own Energy Department acknowledging the war's ongoing impact on fuel prices through at least 2027. He promised to honor the military, then wore a branded merchandise hat to the dignified transfer ceremony for six of those fallen soldiers, and his political action committee sent a fundraising email using the official White House photograph of those flag-draped coffins to solicit donations. He promised to drain the swamp, then pardoned the swamp, charged it admission at Mar-a-Lago, handed it the keys to the federal government, and is actively enriching himself from the office he holds while sending his supporters fundraising texts asking for $5 donations to protect him from the accountability he has spent a lifetime evading.

Every single thing Kamala warned about is not only true; it is accelerating. The enemies list is growing. The concentration camps are expanding. The Voting Rights Act is gutted and maps are being redrawn today. The pardon industry is open for business. The Epstein files remain sealed. The tariffs remain in place. The groceries are still rising. The gas is still above $4 in many parts of the country. The One Big Fugly Bill is law. The insurrectionists have badges. The fascist playbook is open on the desk of every cabinet secretary †rump has installed, and there is no internal mechanism left to stop it, because he made sure of that before the corruption fully began. The 17 Inspectors General who would have documented his illegal actions were fired in his first week in office, not because they had done anything wrong, but because he knew what he was planning to do and he needed the watchdogs gone before he did it. This is not speculation. This is the sequence of events: fire the watchdogs first, then do the things the watchdogs would have reported. A man who fires every independent oversight official in the first week of his presidency is not a man who intends to govern within the law. He is a man who intends to govern above it, and he needed the witnesses removed before he could. The people who voted for him gave him the permission slip to do exactly that, and the majority of them still do not know it happened, because the media that would have covered it was being investigated by the FÇÇ chair he installed from the pages of Prøject 2025.

The damage being done to this country is not the damage of a single bad term that can be reversed with a change of administration. It is generational damage, the kind that takes decades to undo and leaves scars that outlast the people who inflicted them. The Voting Rights Act that took generations to pass and generations to defend has been gutted in a single ruling. The federal agencies that took decades to build into functional institutions have been dismantled in months. The international alliances that kept the peace for eighty years are fraying in real time. The damage to the courts, to the civil service, to the democratic norms that made this country function is not damage that heals itself. It requires deliberate, sustained, organized effort over years and years to repair, and none of that repair is possible while the people causing the damage remain in power. The 2026 midterm elections are the first meaningful opportunity to begin stopping it. Every seat in the House of Representatives is on the ballot. A Democratic House means subpoena power, oversight hearings, and a functioning check on executive power for the first time since January 2025. That requires one thing from every American who is sitting with the weight of everything documented in this article: vote. Vote Blue up and down the ballot, in every race, in every district, in every state, because the alternative is not just more of the same. The alternative is more of this, only worse, and the people currently in power are counting on enough Americans to stay home, stay divided, and stay silent long enough for the damage to become permanent. Is it worth it?

Kamala has said publicly, on more than one occasion since leaving office, that while she predicted what Donald †rump would do, she did not predict how quickly and completely those tasked with stopping him would choose not to. She called it “capitulation.” She did not expect universities, law firms, media corporations, and the leaders of American institutions to kneel so quickly before a tyrant. She was right about the tyrant, but she underestimated the kneeling. And that distinction matters, because the capitulation she did not predict extends beyond the boardrooms and the law firms and the university presidents who quietly stripped their own websites of diversity language rather than face the IR$. It extends to the voters, the fifty million Americans who watched the same warnings, heard the same speeches, had access to the same documented record, and chose the man on the other side of it anyway. Kamala predicted the monster. What she could not bring herself to fully predict was that enough of her fellow Americans would look at everything he was and everything he had done and everything he promised to do, and decide that was exactly what they wanted. She warned you about him. She did not warn you about yourselves. That part turned out to be on you.

Ask Yourself

Throughout this article, the documented record of what Donald †rump has done while in office has been laid out with receipts, sources, and links. Now it is time to ask the question that the evidence demands. Not as a rhetorical flourish, but as a genuine reckoning.

What if a Black woman had put her own name on the Kennedy Center, a building Congress designated as a living memorial to an assassinated president in 1964 and whose governing law explicitly prohibits being named after anyone else? What if a federal judge had ruled it illegal and she had done it anyway?

What if that same Black woman had accepted a $400 million luxury jet as a personal gift from the government of Qatar, in direct violation of the Constitution's emoluments clause, which explicitly prohibits a president from accepting gifts from foreign governments without Congressional consent? What if she had called the people who objected to it "world class losers"? What if the Senate Minority Leader had called it "the largest bribe from a foreign government in American history"?

What if the Black woman had taken more than 300 classified documents from the White House when she left office, stored them in a bathroom, a shower, a ballroom, and a storage room at her private club visited by tens of thousands of paying members, been indicted on 40 federal felony counts including violations of the Espionage Act, obstruction of justice, and making false statements, and then had those charges dropped only because she won the next election? What if she had then taken the seized boxes back on Air Force One and celebrated, saying "justice finally won out"? What if her own DØJ had then declared the Presidential Records Act unconstitutional so she would never have to turn her records over to the National Archives? What if historians had sued her administration because the National Archives refused to commit to preserving presidential records?

What if the Black woman had sold American permanent residency and a path to citizenship to wealthy foreign nationals for $5 million each, with her own face on the card and her name in the program's title, while simultaneously deporting immigrants at gunpoint and building concentration camps? What if she had been asked whether Russian oligarchs could qualify and responded that some of them are "very nice people"? What if she launched the "Harris Gold Card" on a website called harriscard.gov, held up a prototype on Air Force One bearing her own face, declared herself the first buyer, and said "Pretty exciting, huh?" while the administration was simultaneously shooting American citizens during immigration raids?

What if that same Black woman had handed an unelected billionaire friend of hers operational control of a government agency and used it to access the Social Security numbers, medical diagnoses, therapy session notes, mental health records, family court information, bankruptcy filings, tax returns, and bank account details of tens of millions of Americans without their knowledge or consent? What if a federal judge had called it "a fishing expedition based on little more than suspicion" and ruled it a likely violation of federal privacy law? What if the state attorneys general of nineteen states had called it "the largest data breach in American history"? What if her own DØJ had later admitted in court that the data had been illegally accessed and shared with a private outside organization seeking to overturn election results? What if she installed a man no American voted for and no Senate confirmed, and gave him access to every piece of private data the federal government holds on every American citizen. What if she had installed a man no American voted for and no Senate confirmed, and given him access to every piece of private data the federal government holds on every American citizen, and when courts blocked it, pushed it all the way to the Supreme Court and done it anyway?

What if the Black woman had systematically sold presidential pardons to wealthy donors, wiping out more than $1.3 billion in restitution owed to fraud victims, and allowed convicted criminals to walk free in exchange for million-dollar contributions to her political operation? What if she had pardoned the people who attacked the Capitol on January 6 on her first day in office and then recruited them to serve as federal law enforcement officers? Don't forget: the January 6 insurrectionists who were convicted of seditious conspiracy were pardoned on Day One and are now being recruited into IÇE with $50,000 sign-on bonuses.

What if she had deployed National Guard troops to Republican-led cities over the objections of their governors and threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act to bypass court orders blocking her military deployments? What if she had told reporters she had "unquestioned power" to send the military into American cities? What if she had defied court orders in approximately 34% of the 165 major cases filed against her administration, including a Supreme Court order? What if she had done all of this, and the Democratic Party had said almost nothing about it?

What if that Black woman had unilaterally dismantled USAID, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Department of Education, agencies created by Congress that only Congress has the authority to abolish, in direct violation of the separation of powers? What if a federal court had found that her dismantling of the CFPB was "an unlawful effort to dismantle and eliminate" a congressionally created agency? What if she had illegally impounded billions in congressionally appropriated funds, including $7 billion designated for schools and $4 billion for military research, with even Republican Senator Susan Collins calling it "a clear violation of the law"? What if she did all of it, and the Democratic Party that spent years screaming about executive overreach said nothing?

What if Kamala's name had appeared in the Epstein flight logs, not once, not twice, but on at least eight documented flights with a convicted sex trafficker, including one flight where she and Epstein were the only two passengers, and another where the third passenger was a 20-year-old whose name was redacted? What if a federal prosecutor had written in a 2020 email that she had flown on Epstein's jet "many more times than previously has been reported"? What if she had promised to release the Epstein files during her campaign, then suppressed them after taking office, then called the matter "a hoax"? What if the files her own administration had withheld shared a common feature: they referenced her by name, including an ƒBI interview with a woman alleging she had sexually assaulted a minor? Kamala Harris's name does not appear in the Epstein files. Not once. Not in the flight logs. Not in the contact book. Not in any prosecutor's email. Not in any court filing. Not anywhere across the millions of pages released. Donald †rump's name appears across all of them. And his administration is actively refusing to release the documents that reference him most directly.

What if Kamala had publicly called her own supporters "stupid," "foolish," and "weaklings," told a reporter "I don't think about anybody" when asked about the financial toll of her war on working Americans, and privately told associates that "smart people don't like me"? What if she had minted a cryptocurrency coin with her own face on it, sold it to foreign buyers, and made policy decisions affecting crypto markets while holding a personal financial stake in them? What if she had sold a $60 Bible, gold sneakers, and dinner seats at her private club to the top investors in her personal meme coin? What if her net worth had nearly doubled in less than a year in office while the Americans who voted for her were paying more for groceries, gas, rent, and healthcare than at any point in recent memory? What if Kamala had done every single one of these things, in public, on the record, with receipts, and the people who voted for her had largely said nothing, or even defended her?

What if the Black woman had deliberately tanked the American economy through a reckless tariff policy her own opponent had warned would function as a national sales tax on working families, and then stood in front of world leaders and told them grocery prices were down while the federal data showed they had risen 2.4%, with coffee up 20% and steak up nearly 18%? What if 17 million Americans were losing their healthcare on her watch because she had signed a bill cutting $1 trillion from Medicaid to fund $1 trillion in tax cuts for the wealthiest 1%? What if she had gutted the Voting Rights Act, stripped abortion protections, eliminated the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that kept banks from defrauding working people, and dismantled the Department of Education while calling it progress? What if she had done all of that while her personal net worth nearly doubled in less than a year in office? You already know the answer. Kamala would not have done any of it, and if she had tried, the people who voted for her would not have defended her. She said so, specifically, repeatedly, and on the record, exactly what she would do and exactly what he would do instead. She was right about all of it. And the country is paying the price for not listening. If Kamala had done any single one of the things documented in this article, the people who voted against her would have burned the country down to stop her. They would have called it tyranny. They would have called it corruption. They would have called it the end of democracy. They would have been right. It is all of those things. It was all of those things when Donald †rump did them too. The only variable that changed is who did it, and the only explanation for why that variable matters so much is the one that the documented record of this regime's governance has made impossible to avoid: it was never about the corruption. It was about who the corrupt person was. And that, more than any policy disagreement or political difference, is what Kamala lost to. Not a better candidate. Not a better argument. A double standard so entrenched that tens of millions of Americans applied it without ever once stopping to ask themselves what they would have said if the name on the gold card had been hers.

THE ONLY PATH FORWARD

Register. Confirm. Show up. Vote Blue in every race, every district, every state. The 2026 midterms are not a suggestion; they are the documented last best opportunity to begin stopping what is being done to this country before the damage becomes irreversible. Every vote counts, every seat matters, and every American who stays home is a vote for the continuation of everything documented above.

Support Targeted Missourians by IÇE

Across Missouri, families are being torn apart. Neighbors, parents, and workers are having their basic rights stripped away. Some have even been kidnapped by IÇE “agents,” taken from their communities, and left without protection or due process.
C.A.T.N. cannot sit by while Missouri families are terrorized and silenced. Your donation goes directly to support people in our state who have been targeted, helping with legal defense, emergency housing, family support, and community care.
Every dollar stays right here in Missouri.Together we can stand up for our neighbors, protect human rights, and make sure no one is left behind in the face of injustice.
Donate today to defend Missourians under attack.

Support Our Cause

Citizens Against Tyranny Network exists because our communities deserve better than authoritarian rule, corruption, and fear. We are building a movement that defends democracy, stands against fascism, and unites everyday people in the fight for justice and freedom.
Everything we do—every flyer, every rally, every action—comes straight out of our own pockets. We take no government money, no corporate funding, and no grants. That means our work only survives when people like you step up to support it. Your donation allows us to:
Spread pro-democracy messages and truthful information
Organize community events and rallies against demagoguery
Build connections and solidarity across Missouri and beyond
Give people the tools and courage to resist tyranny together
We are powered by people, not corporations or political elites. Every single contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.
When you donate to C.A.T.N., you are fueling resistance. You are helping us fight for democracy and community, shoulder to shoulder, keeping us strong, independent, and people-powered.
Thank you for your consideration!
